About the Team

Integrated Banking Solution (IBS) is a comprehensive, parameter-driven core processing system used by community and regional financial institutions to manage deposits, loans, and customer information.

What You Will Be Doing

The Consultant Lead is the senior expert responsible for defining and delivering enterprise business solutions and architecture across multiple financial services product lines. You will partner with product, engineering, and clients to design scalable, configurable solutions that meet complex business, regulatory, and market requirements.

  • Translate complex client and market needs into endtoend business requirements and solution architectures
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and solution architects to design and implement complex, nonstandard solutions
  • Define, document, and maintain enterprise business architecture, functional models, and reusable components
  • Lead requirements definition, solution design, and validation across SDLC methodologies
  • Review business and process designs to identify risk, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Communicate architecture and requirements clearly to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Influence internal teams and clients to drive consensus on optimal technical and business solutions

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Typically, 5 years or more senior-level experience in business systems analysis, solution design, or business architecture within financial services
  • Demonstrated experience defining and implementing complex enterprise solutions across multiple projects
  • Deep knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations, and endtoend business processes
  • Strong proficiency in business architecture, solution design, and requirements definition
  • Hands-on experience with modeldriven design techniques (business process models, use cases, functional component models)
  • Solid understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies (iterative, waterfall, hybrid)
  • Advanced skills in business process modeling, documentation, and reengineering
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with technical teams and senior clients
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executivelevel presentations
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-50% as needed

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $101,500.00 - $172,550.00and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
