Are you a driven and strategic individual passionate about the automotive sector? We are seeking a dynamic consultant to play a pivotal role in empowering our independent sales partners. In this exciting position, you will directly influence sales performance, optimize business strategies, and foster strong relationships that drive mutual success. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding partners through market analysis, inventory optimization, and digital marketing initiatives, directly contributing to the growth and market leadership of a world-class brand. **Responsibilities:**

* Facilitate, coach, and consult with independent sales partners to achieve monthly and yearly sales objectives and other business goals.

* Provide assistance in resolving partner and customer-related issues.

* Manage partner compliance with company programs and administer company policies and procedures.

* Support partners with inventory management, including vehicle ordering and ongoing stock optimization.

* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products, services, customer demographics or profiles, and competitive automotive makes and models.

* Drive improvements in retail website performance and enhance lead generation activities.

* Analyze partner sales data, local market conditions (sales, registration data, partner effectiveness, lost sales), and competitive landscape to identify specific sales opportunities.

* Coach partners on strategies for customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.

* Assist in the implementation of partner-level digital marketing and advertising campaigns.

* Conduct sales and training activities, including regular remote customer contact meetings.

* Operate with significant independence, demonstrating self-motivation and sound judgment in decision-making.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in a sales partner environment or related field will be considered.

* 2+ years experience, preferrably in working in auto sales, vehicle rental customer service or similar.

* Demonstrated ability to effectively balance competing priorities while maintaining high performance.

* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, convey information effectively, and communicate openly.

* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact activities.

* Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

* Adept at influencing business partners and navigating objections during the selling process.

* Possesses wide latitude for independent actions and significant independent judgment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Strong computer skills for developing, maintaining, and analyzing data.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience within a sales partner environment or the automotive industry.

* 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.

* Flexibility and willingness to relocate for potential direct employment opportunities.
