Location: Central Phoenix - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Training: 4 week paid training Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm (will be assigned an 8 hour set shift) Description In this role, you will respond to inbound client class in a call center environment, regarding banking inquiries-primarily deposit-related calls-while building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our clients service standards and culture.
