Your Job Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Division is seeking qualified professionals for our Director of Engineering opportunity, supporting our Corrugated Operations. Corrugated is made up of our Corrugated, EarthKraft Mailers, and Hummingbird Digital Printing business units. The individual in this role provides leadership to the team of professionals working to support the capital projects across the division. This role will oversee project managers supporting capital investments across all 31 facilities with direct responsibility for the outcomes of the projects as they relate to safety, cost, schedule, and functionality of the work. This person will work closely with our Operations and Business leadership teams to make sure that the needs of Operations are understood and that the strategic plan is carried out through the projects. For this role, we anticipate paying $150k - $180k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
