UNC Health Family Medicine at Gray's Creekin Hope Mills, NC, seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. UNC Health Family Medicine at Gray's Creek provides care for patients of all ages including health maintenance and management of acute and chronic disorders.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Schedule templates of 15/30 or 20/40 minute appointments
• Ramp up to full schedule of 18 - 22 patients/day

REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of ACGME accredited Residency Program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed as an MD or DO in NC or eligible
