ThePatient Care Coordinatoris responsible for general clinic office functions that support efficient and effective patient care including patient registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable co-insurance and/or co-payments and scheduling of diagnostic and follow-up appointments and answering phones.

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, supervisor to determine schedule

Location: 1412 May St, Ft Worth, TX

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ yearsof customer service experience with strong communication skills both in person and via phone
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office or medical environment
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in PC software computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other departmental specific programs/applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with medical insurance
  • ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
  • Prior experience with EMR computer applications
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
