As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Partner in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to confirm that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with staff and/or the public professionally, and following post orders and incident reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
