Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par les Ministeres francais de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangeres, du Ministere de l'Economie et des Finances et du Ministere de la Transition ecologique et de la Cohesion des territoires et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France. Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :

* Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut debuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvieme anniversaire)

* Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

* Etre imperativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE Improvement Support Analyst est a pourvoir au sein d' Satair USA a Miami, Florida. Vous rejoindrez Quality departement.

Le responsable du site de Satair Miami et le 'Head of Quality Americas' recherchent un analyste en amelioration pour soutenir les initiatives en cours visant a accroitre l'efficacite et la durabilite des processus et des installations du site.

Missions et responsabilites :

Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :

• Soutenir les projets d'amelioration actuels et nouveaux pour le site de Miami (bureaux et entrepot)

• Mettre en place et administrer le nouvel outil de gestion de la formation pour l'equipe de Production

• Accompagner les equipes de Miami dans le developpement de rapports au sein de Skywise

Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir moins de 10 % en Amerique du Nord et, de ce fait, vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence.

Competences requises

Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :

• Diplome en ingenierie aeronautique ou industrielle, dans une discipline connexe, ou justifiant d'une experience professionnelle equivalente.

• 1 a 2 ans d'experience au sein d'une organisation de production, de reparation ou de logistique (apprentissage et stages inclus).

• Une experience professionnelle pertinente de plus de 3 ans (hors apprentissage ou stages) est privilegiee.

• Tres bonne maitrise des outils Microsoft Office et de la suite Google.

• Bonne comprehension de l'analyse de donnees et des outils de reporting (Skywise de preference).

• Connaissance de la gouvernance de gestion de projet et des processus de gestion du changement.

• Bonne comprehension des besoins operationnels propres a une organisation de production et de reparation.

En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :

• Solides competences en gestion des parties prenantes (stakeholder management)

• Methode de travail tres structuree

• Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et motivee

• Maitrise de l'anglais

• Competences linguistiques : niveau d'anglais avance

Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

* European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

* Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for an Improvement Support Analyst has arisen within Satair U.S.A in Miami, Florida. You will join the Quality Americas department.

The Satair Miami site manager and HO Quality Americas is looking for an improvement analyst to support the currently ongoing initiatives to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the site's processes and facility.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Support the ongoing and new improvement projects for the Miami site (office and warehouse)

• Introduce and maintain the new Training management tool for the Production team

• Support the Miami teams in developing reports in Skywise

This role will involve some travel for business, less than 10% within North America, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering, a related discipline or having equivalent professional experience

• 1 or 2 years of experience in a production, repair or logistic organization (apprenticeships and internships included )

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, not including apprenticeships or internships is preferred

• Very good understanding of Microsoft office and Google suite tools

• Good understanding of data analytics and reporting tools (preferable Skywise)

• Familiarity with project management governance and change processes

• Good understanding of operational needs for a production and repair organisation

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• Strong skills in stakeholder management

• Very structured working culture

• Independent and self-motivated working culture

• Fluency in English

  • Language Skills: advanced level of English
