Civil Engineer

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Civil Engineer in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide civil engineering technical support for ADP, Master Planning, and regional forecasting
• Duties include planning, design, and construction support for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and water systems
• Perform both officebased planning and fieldbased construction oversight
• Comply with design specifications, UFC, and applicable codes
• Complete an estimated six (6) civil engineering projects per year
• Design packages and oversight reports shall be submitted within ten (10) business days of task completion
• Conducting field surveys, vault evaluations, and drawing verification

Required Experience & Skills

• 
  
  Minimum of three (3) years' experience
  
  

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:

• Current favorable, or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance, in accordance with AR 38067
• Valid Driver's License
