Duration: 4 months - possible extension/ Potential to Convert to FTE

Location: New York City, NY 10017

Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am -5pm (EST)


Interview Process:

1st round technical interview - phone

2nd round culture interview with HM - teams

3rd round with office leadership - onsite

Job Description:

Resource's typical working day:


  • General desk top support

    Hardware/software support
  • Desktop support helping a wide range of end users

    Responding to tickets
  • Maintaining office technology
  • Front facing customer service
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
  • Backend office MS Office Support
  • MS Intune
  • Active Directory
  • Remote management
  • Incident Request Management



Must Have Skills:

  • Good technical skills, Good customer service


N ice to have skills:

  • Banking or law firm support work,
  • Experience with Apple Ios
  • Adobe Acrobat



Years of Experience: 5+ years

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience

Software skills: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
