Essential Functions

About the Role - We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Communications Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our identity voice and strengthening our industry positioning through compelling content. You will leverage your strategic insights to develop the "how," transforming high-level external communications goals into specific, impactful assets.

Core Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and produce a wide range of external-facing materials, including pitch decks, social media graphics and content, press releases, and other collateral. You will strategically determine the best content formats and channels to achieve communication objectives.

Media Relations Support: Actively support the execution of our media engagements and crafting pitches that effectively convey our story and elevate our brand.

Industry Positioning: Strategically contribute to solidifying our company's position as a thought leader in the industry by ensuring compelling and consistent messaging across all external channels.

Partnership & Customer Engagement: Craft compelling narratives and create bespoke pitch materials to support strategic alliances and key customer engagements.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a strategic communications, public relations, or content strategy role, with a strong emphasis on execution.

Exceptional writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive content and actionable plans.

A natural collaborator with experience in supporting external communications and what it takes to cultivate external relationships and alliances.

A proactive strategist who can execute with a high degree of quality and attention to detail.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years directly related experience. Demonstrated experience in institutional or corporate communications with an emphasis on communication planning/analysis and exposure to print and non-print media strategies. Ability to study complex data and broad business strategy and convert into practical, creative and effective communication strategies. Highly proficient analytical, problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, writing and human relations/relation management skills.

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
