We are seeking a mid to seniorlevel IT Business Analyst to support software development and system transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure successful solution delivery. Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements * Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Create process maps and workflow documentation * Act as a liaison between business users and developers * Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing * Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL as needed * Collaborate with internal teams and thirdparty vendors to support delivery Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience * 3+ years of experience as an IT or Business Analyst on software projects * Strong experience writing requirements and supporting development teams * Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis * Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases preferred * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of West Palm Beach, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
