Manager of Retirement Systems Job Summary The Manager of Retirement Systems is responsible for overseeing the strategic management, optimization, and daily operations of the for the RWJBH retirement plans. This role ensures the HRIS supports organizational goals, enhances employee experience, and provides accurate data for workforce planning, compliance, and decision-making. The HRIS Manager will work with the internal HCM team on system upgrades, integrations, and reporting initiatives while collaborating with HR, IT, and operational leaders across the enterprise.
