Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrance areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related awareness.
• Monitor for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or unauthorized access, and communicate observations to site contacts and local responders when appropriate.
• Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee activity, documenting incidents, and assisting with security-related procedures related to retail operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
