The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Manager and expert of Product Operations to join the Adobe GenStudio and Workfront Product Strategy and Product Operations team.

This role serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for connecting Workfront's product strategy to execution through strong product operations, technical documentation, and knowledgesharing initiatives. The role develops plans, processes, and drives execution against strategic Workfront programs, ensuring effective communication, enablement, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and customerfacing channels.

With a broader mandate to lead key Product Operations initiatives, this role owns strategic product roadmaps, productfacing communications, and scalable operational processes that support the full product development lifecycle. Partnering closely with Product Management, Data Analytics, Customer Success, and internal Product Operations teams, the role ensures alignment on priorities, systematic customer feedback collection, and datadriven decisionmaking.

In parallel, the role provides leadership for the Workfront Technical Documentation team, evolving documentation practices toward AIenabled, futureready ways of working. This includes modernizing content strategy, tooling, and workflows to support intelligent content creation, reuse, discoverability, and automation of which supports improving user experience, product adoption, and knowledge accessibility at scale.

The position champions operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across all Workfront key initiatives.

What you'll Do

  • Own and evolve strategic product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, and gotomarket teams.

  • Lead productfacing communications and internal enablement, including strategy updates, product launches, and field-facing materials.

  • Design and scale customer interaction and communication processes that improve product understanding, adoption, and engagement.

  • Build and implement bestinclass Product Operations strategies, processes, and data frameworks to support the full product development lifecycle.

  • Establish and scale customer feedback mechanisms to understand real customer value for Workfront, partnering with broader CXO feedback initiatives.

  • Partner closely with Data Analytics to ensure accurate data collection, meaningful analysis, and actionable reporting that informs product and business decisions.

  • Lead and develop the Technical Writing team, delivering highquality, AI-forward documentation that enhances user experience and knowledge sharing.

  • Partner with internal Product Operations teams to define and standardize planning, execution, and postlaunch processes, ceremonies, workflows, and tooling.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to align priorities, Customer Care strategies, and execution around customer needs and outcomes.

  • Champion operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across all product initiatives.

What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related leadership roles within complex software organizations.

  • Experience leading or enabling AIinformed product operations, including evolving processes, data practices, and knowledge workflows to support AIassisted decisionmaking, automation, and scalable insights across the product lifecycle.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence to drive alignment, decisionmaking, and execution across crossfunctional, matrixed, and global teams.

  • Strong critical thinking combined with a bias for action, capable of translating ambiguity into plans, processes, and results.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software, with familiarity in marketing, creative, or content workflows preferred.

  • Handson experience with product analytics and data platforms, using insights to inform product strategy and operational decisions.

  • A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, comfortable balancing longterm strategy with fastpaced execution.

  • Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and scaling processes that support growing product organizations.

  • Proven success partnering with senior team members and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable navigating change, adapting quickly, and leading teams through evolving priorities.

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $150,200 -- $289,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
