Financial Analyst Hybrid Schedule in St. Petersburg, FL Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Under general supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to review financial items. * Able to perform varied moderately complex accounting activities. * Ability to find solutions to moderately complex problems. * Prepares reports in a format that can be quickly reviewed. * Able to identify potential improvements to increase efficiency in workflows processing or analyzing financial information. * Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts to ensure proper classification and integrity of information. * Resolves or recommends solutions to moderately complex problems. * Performing mathematical calculations. * Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels. * Organized, detail oriented, able to manage and track multiple detailed assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. * Testing new systems abilities * Able to create Procedures and process Flowcharts MUST HAVE SKILLS: * At least 3 years of reconciliation accounting and analytical experience * Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance * Knowledge of: * Advanced accounting concepts, practices and procedures. * Accrual based accounting practices. * Accounting software packages. * Advanced cost allocation concepts and practices. * Skilled in: * Allocating costs and evaluating the impact on financial statements. * Preparing surveys. * Analyzing financial information. * Performing mathematical calculations. * Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and data bases. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Petersburg, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $39.00/hr.
