Job Summary The Field Support Technician reports directly to the Technology Operations Manager or Service Manager and is responsible for providing customer support through the performance of on-site installations, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of on machine systems and technical customer training. The Field Support Technician is responsible for the professional installation and commissioning of 2D and 3D machine control systems and telematics on all machine types. The Field Support Technician is responsible for delivering quality technical assistance in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is the key component of the Field Support Technician's success.
