DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will manage key operations that support the distribution of fishing licenses, permits, boat registrations, and boat titles across Pennsylvania. You will direct staff, oversee system processes, and ensure accurate and timely service to the public. As a Licensing and Registration Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily activities related to license, permit, registration, and title processing
- Policy Development: Interpret laws and regulations to create policies that guide program operations
- Staff Leadership: Direct clerical and customer service staff to maintain consistent and accurate service
- Issue Resolution: Address complex application questions and guide staff on proper processing methods
- Program Analysis: Evaluate trends, recommend improvements, and support updates to systems and procedures
- Public Support: Coordinate responses to questions from anglers, boaters, issuing agents, and other stakeholders

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
