- Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
- Build sales skills: Learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes.
- Engage and grow: Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
- Represent RDO with pride: Maintain a professional image, following safety protocols, and supporting a positive team environment.

What You Will Need:
