  • Establish and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for requirements documentation and solution design within the IT organization
  • Partner with IT Infrastructure, Service Desk, GRC, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment of requirements with operational capabilities and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and actionable for deployment
  • Provide consultative support to Communications and Change Management teams to ensure readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of IT solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to gather input and drive consensus across technical and business teams
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies within project requirements and proactively recommend solutions
  • Support traceability of requirements through the solution lifecycle, including validation and acceptance criteria definition
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT delivery processes, governance, and documentation quality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-12 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role in a complex enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple IT domains such as infrastructure, service operations, security/compliance (GRC), and vendor/procurement processes
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and structured documentation
  • Experience developing process flows, use cases, and implementation-ready artifacts
  • Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM), infrastructure concepts, and governance frameworks
  • Experience working in regulated environments with GRC considerations
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar
  • Exposure to enterprise tools for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio)
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL Foundation
  • Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry, with an understanding of regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements
