• Entry-level role with prior general labor experience required
• Experience in a pipe yard or outdoor/industrial environment preferred
• Experience handling pipes or heavy materials strongly preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation and stable work history required
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
• Ability to frequently lift over 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead with organizing and staging pipes by size at the start of each shift
• Remove caps and prepare pipes for processing
• Support sandblasting operations, including controlling airflow during the process
• Assist with spraying pipes (lacquer application) and rotating pipes for full coverage
• Help with stenciling and marking pipes to identify grade and size
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
