Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
As an Inside Sales Representative, part of the Commercial Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in growing sales by focusing on a key customer growth segment. This position involves making effective outbound calls and receiving inbound calls while positioning Arcwood solutions to win business. Success in this role will be derived from consistent customer outreach that position Arcwood solutions, overcome objections, and strong execution against the sales process. This role will involve proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, reporting databases and phone and emails systems. It will also require the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Ideal candidates will be persistent, motivated and critical thinkers who utilize their intellectual curiosity to build customer relationships, sell the Arcwood value and grow sales.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and always maintaining safe practices
  • Proactively makes outbound calls to assigned customers to understand customer needs and challenges while position Arcwood capabilities
  • Utilize and manage CRM tools to track call activity such as outbound call metrics, inbound call metrics, contact management and customer information
  • Develops and maintains accurate sales pipeline and works active opportunities to close
  • Executes against focused call campaigns to grow key customer targets
  • Grow existing customer bases by expanding our share of wallet while also proactively prospecting new customers.
  • Manage waste profiles and waste approvals to ensure a timely and valuable customer experience
  • Execute against key pricing strategies that positions value to the customer while also preserving profitable growth to Arcwood.
  • Ability to deliver daily and weekly outbound metrics as prescribed in the role.
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization


Education

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics or related field (required)


Experience

  • 1-3 years of related experience in sales, customer experience
  • Experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI or similar tools (required)
