In this position, you won't just be performing tests; you'll be a crucial contributor to ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance for products that touch lives globally. **What You'll Do**

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional product development teams to execute rigorous testing and evaluation of product prototypes against stringent company and national standards.

* Skillfully manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and within critical deadlines.

* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all tests conducted, procedures followed, and results obtained, meticulously noting any unusual findings that could impact outcomes.

* Apply your expertise in the safe operation of laboratory equipment and adhere strictly to established laboratory procedures.

* Actively participate in essential laboratory and equipment maintenance, as well as calibration tasks, ensuring operational excellence.

* Champion and support engineering innovation initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking solutions.

* Operate as an integral and positive team member, fostering a professional and collaborative environment.

**Required Skills & Experience**

* Proven experience in conducting product testing and evaluation, ideally with prototypes.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

* Exceptional attention to detail in recording data, procedures, and results.

* Proficiency in the safe operation of laboratory equipment.

* Familiarity with laboratory quality management systems and procedures (e.g., ISO standards).

* Experience with laboratory and equipment maintenance and calibration.

* A proactive and innovative mindset, eager to contribute to engineering advancements.

* Strong collaborative skills and a positive, professional approach to teamwork.
