In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in:

* **Strategic Program Leadership:** 5 years of independently authoring comprehensive program charters, meticulously defining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and identifying potential risks and dependencies for advanced programs. Develop detailed project plans that break down complex initiatives into manageable phases, ensuring clear visibility into constraints and potential challenges.

* **Stakeholder & Team Optimization:** Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering collaborative decision-making. Strategically optimize program team roles and responsibilities, and expertly manage escalations to ensure smooth program progression.

* **Technical Acumen & Issue Resolution:** Independently triage and assess the impact of technical issues and escalations across teams. Proactively resolve challenges related to tooling and processes that underpin engineering execution.

* **Communication & Change Management:** Design and implement predictable, targeted communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups, serving as a key representative for the program team. Lead change management initiatives, developing detailed rollout plans with impact analysis, monitoring progress, and resolving any misalignments.

* **Data-Driven Execution & Governance:** Independently determine and collect essential data for effective program execution and governance. Maintain meticulous project trackers and status reports, proactively managing dependencies while upholding values of excellence, inclusion, and brand trust. Define robust program governance structures, including effective mitigation strategies, postmortems, and escalation processes, and facilitate productive program team meetings.

* **Continuous Improvement & Metrics:** Define program phasing and establish key metrics that drive continuous improvement, collaborating closely with stakeholders on resource stewardship. Implement regular checkpoints to assess improvement metrics and provide transparent rationale for any program pivots.
