This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and future-state modernization of our communication fulfillment platforms. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, gathering requirements for IT development while ensuring the platform remains compliant and efficient. You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager to execute a high-priority modernization roadmap for document composition and messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Operations: Lead the daily operations of marketing communication platforms, ensuring all messaging fulfillment capabilities function smoothly.
  • Requirements & Documentation: Gather and document technical requirements, including business rules, routing logic, and workflow needs for IT development teams.
  • Workflow Mapping: Create detailed maps of current and future-state workflows across various messaging and document composition systems.
  • Product Roadmap Support: Assist in the execution of the modernization roadmap, specifically focusing on audit tracking and fulfillment capabilities.
  • User Support & Administration: Manage user onboarding, training, and license management while providing ongoing support to platform end-users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Regulatory teams to prioritize work and refine platform requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor platform performance to identify and implement operational improvements and governance standards.
  • Modernization Initiatives: Support the transition to future-state orchestration platforms (e.g., SmartCOMM, OpenText).

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or MarTech operations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Functional understanding of communication fulfillment or document composition platforms (such as SmartCOMM or OpenText).
  • Systems Analysis: Proven experience documenting complex workflows and translating business rules into technical requirements for IT.
  • Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile practices, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
  • Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical departments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within regulated industries (Healthcare, Insurance, or Finance).
  • Familiarity with omnichannel fulfillment (Print, Email, Fax, and Digital workflows).
  • Exposure to platform transitions, automation, or real-time orchestration technologies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.50 to $47.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
