** CLIENT IS NOT ACCEPTING C2C, 1099, OR H1B VISA APPLICANTS FOR THIS ROLE ** Our Client is seeking a Senior Finance Technology Developer to help build proprietary applications and data repositories to support residential, CRE, and commercial asset finance business. This candidate will be a member of our experienced development team and collaborate with business stakeholders in asset finance to streamline portfolio management, collateral management, and operational efficiency. Primary Responsibilities * Manage a delivery team to design, code, test, and deploy enterprise software to support portfolio management for residential mortgages, commercial real estate, and consumer/commercial loans * Collaborate with business and development teams to understand requirements, provide transparency, and maintain timelines * Provide support for vendor and proprietary systems that have been built around our lending data management, portfolio management reporting, and servicing processes Required Qualification and Experience * 8+ years of experience in technical roles within financial services * Experience with fixed income, structured/securitized products * Professional experience in object-oriented programing and relational databases * Understanding of REST APIs and software design principles * Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively * Results oriented and commercial Preferred Qualification and Experience * Experience with mortgages, commercial real estate or commercial loans * Experience with loan finance and credit markets * Work experience with digital transformation initiatives Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
