We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives. Under the supervision and direction of the electric design leadership team, the Distribution Designer II continues developing upon fundamental skills essential for electric distribution design learned as a Designer I. They will build on their existing strengths in communication, organization, and creativity in conjunction with learning utility standards to prepare construction drawings and other documents to design portions of projects as assigned. Designers are part of project teams working on electric projects such as power line undergrounding and overhead system hardening to prevent fire in high fire threat districts and other distribution line projects. With guidance from their lead, Designers carry a full workload of multiple project assignments and are expected to prioritize work tasks to achieve submittals on time and on budget. Responsibilities
