• 3+ years of experience diagnosing Chromebooks, laptops, and/or tablets (high-volume diagnostic testing).
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and consistent documentation abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and data entry.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-volume diagnostic testing on Chromebooks, laptops, and tablets to identify hardware and software issues.
• Accurately document failures and input results into the tracking system.
• Follow standardized diagnostic procedures to ensure consistent assessments.
• Meet or exceed a daily goal of diagnosing 50+ units with accuracy.
• Communicate findings to the repair and parts teams for a seamless workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Support data reporting and assist in identifying common failure trends.
