Job Description What is the opportunity? The Head of Technology Infrastructure Group (CUSO) provides senior leadership and horizontal influence across the RBC US operations to drive the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient technology infrastructure services. This role focuses on enabling superior member experiences, regulatory compliance, and competitive digital capabilities by shaping strategy, enhancing service delivery, and fostering collaboration across multiple lines of business and enterprise functions in a dynamic financial landscape. This position influences the harmonization and optimization of technology infrastructure services, emphasizing service excellence, operational efficiency, cybersecurity strength, and seamless delivery through cross-enterprise impact and partnership. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $200,000 - $340,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements that comprise our total compensation package, which includes the following: commission sharing eligibility for select roles, a discretionary bonus, a paid time-off plan, our 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, and our health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
