Project Manager 5

As a leader in Global Operations Supply Chain Network Planning Team, you will be responsible for influencing commodity supply chain planning with the goal of improving Lam's responsiveness to customer demands viaa joint business planning process.

• This position reports to the Manager,Supply ChainNetworkPlanningwhile supporting stakeholders from cross functional teams in Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Manufacturing and Order Fulfilment.
• This person will join a team that drives business infrastructure, short and long-term planning processes and service level agreements between Manufacturing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain &Global Operationsas our business becomes more complex.
• Executive reporting of global availability and supply/demand risk while presenting a plan of record for the support of global product output across sevenglobal factoriesand our spares network.
• Develops and aligns service levels bycommodity to ensure constraints and growthobjectivesareidentifiedand executed. Does this by working with other Supply Chain Network Planners and cross functional partners inSupply Chain,Manufacturing,andGlobalOperations.
• Managesthesupplyplan byidentifyinganddeterminingspecific supply strategies and when to use them.
• Uses multiple planning and reporting systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI) to validate the demand and supply signals, investigate anomalies, and make recommendations to the larger commodity team and seek executive approval to execute as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Supply and/ or demand planning experience is a must.
• MRP system experience is a must, SAP and Kinaxis experience preferred.
• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
