The Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) Group is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Reporting and Analytics team. The team is responsible for building and operating solutions to support end-to-end processes across the various ARC teams. They build connective tissue across ARC and external stakeholders via analytics and technology. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft cloud-based technologies.
As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you are experienced and comfortable in building systems, applications and platforms for our customers. The candidate will need to be able to apply a breadth of tools develop and maintain solutions on PowerPlatform, and partnering with engineering teams for ETL jobs, web application development, API development, and managing cloud resources on Azure. You will also build platforms and features, including agents, for use by ARC. Responsibilities * Develop or partner with Engineering to design solutions to complex technical needs.
* Designing and implementing new features to support customer requirements as well as continuously improving the quality and reliability of existing platforms.
* Proposes, designs, builds and deliver solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights and support on-going operational usage.
* Collaborate with our business partners to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and prioritize projects to deliver maximum business impact and return on investment.
* Ensure delivered solutions are stable, supportable, compliant, extensible, and trusted by our business partners.
* Maintain cloud resources hosted on Azure.
* Educate customers on how to leverage large data sets as an asset for their function/business.
* Drive data standards and continuous improvement feedback loop.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
