You will be considered for both positions below: Customer Care Representative (Light Collections) Schedule: * Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * One late shift per week: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * One rotating late Friday every four weeks * One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (paid overtime) Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound customer calls regarding auto loan accounts * Assist with payment inquiries, payment options, and account navigation * Support customers with title requests and website login issues * Provide a high level of customer service while accurately documenting interactions Customer Accounts Representative (Light Collections) Schedule: * Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Two late shifts per week: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (never on Fridays) * Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (paid overtime) Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to customers 1-29 days past due * Educate customers on payment solutions and next steps * Resolve early-stage delinquency while maintaining a customer-focused approach * Document all customer interactions accurately and professionally Compensation (Bachelor's Degree Required to Qualify) * $21.50/hour - Bachelor's Degree with less than 3 years of professional experience * $23.00/hour - Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of professional experience * Additional $0.50/hour for Spanish-speaking associates Why This Opportunity? * Clear entry point into auto finance and financial services * Professional, structured call center environment * Opportunity for career advancement and internal growth * Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities * Supportive team culture focused on development and performance If you're a driven professional with a bachelor's degree and a desire to grow within the auto finance industry, this role offers the foundation for a long-term career.
