Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Bilingual Spanish) 100% Remote \| Texas Residents Only Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST About the Role We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to support members with healthcare benefits during open enrollment. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, answer benefit questions, assist with enrollment and COBRA, and provide clear, compassionate support in a fastpaced call center environment. What You'll Do * Handle calls and emails related to medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits * Support open enrollment, qualifying life events, and COBRA inquiries * Reset passwords, update member information, and order ID cards * Educate members on benefits and online tools * Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams Required Qualifications (Read Carefully) * Bilingual Spanish/English required * 1+ year healthcare call center experience required * Experience working remotely * Computer skills (Windows, MS Word & Excel) * High School Diploma or GED * Reliable, highspeed internet connection * Must reside in Texas Training * 4 weeks paid, fully remote * Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Why Join * Fully remote (TX only) * No nights or weekends * Supportive leadership and engaged team culture * Longterm growth in healthcare customer service or leadership Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.36 - $18.36/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
