DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will work with information provided through JCJC applications and use that information to help drive and inform your work. You will serve as a key partner in advancing juvenile justice system improvements by collaborating with committees to develop and deliver policies, tools, training, and guidance that aligns with agency goals. You will be responsible for facilitating meetings and providing research driven recommendations to support evidence-based practices and system enhancements. Work also involves supporting training and implementation efforts for screening and assessment tools, with a focus on promoting consistency and fidelity across counties. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations to communicate implementation progress, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders; coordinating cross county learning through webinars and peer networks; and promoting continuous professional development, utilizing data driven continuous quality improvement processes.

- 18 months limited-term, full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Program Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of analytical experience, one of which includes professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
Other Requirements:
- This particular position also requires two years or more of full-time professional juvenile justice experience, which includes utilizing at least one of the following evidence-based practices: Youth Level of Service, trauma screening, Massachusetts Youth Screening Instrument, and/or juvenile justice case planning.
