The Senior Manager, Americas IT ERP and Financial Applications, IT Solutions, is responsible for ensuring the stability, compliance, and strategic advancement of Finance and Procurement systems. The role is the primary liaison between Finance and IT organizations and provides endtoend ownership and oversight of critical applications including SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, Veeva eDocs, Concur and related financial platforms supporting operational data, financial close, audit readiness, and procurement operations across GxP and Non GxP environments.

This role also ensures technology solutions are closely aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements by translating business needs into clear IT initiatives, multi year roadmaps and short-term System Development Lifecycle plans aligned with the broader enterprise strategy.

The role manages service delivery through on/near/offshore managed service partners, monitors performance against SLAs, and leads issue escalations and resolutions to ensure operational excellence. It owns vendor relationships and contract oversight for mission critical financial systems. During monthly, quarterly, and yearend close cycles, the role partners closely with Finance to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution.

Additionally, this role plays a key part in supporting internal and external audits, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and remediation processes are in place. As the primary IT owner for financial application initiatives, the role coordinates activities across crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption and sustained performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration
  • Minimum of 8-10 years related work experience.
  • Master of Business Administration with technology as a core component preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Strong business analysis skill and experience, including development of business/IT vision and strategy, requirements definition, process modeling, and operating model design
  • Strong technical knowledge of systems and applications within the applicable functional business area.
  • Strong understanding of applicable business function including principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and Systems Development Life Cycle standards.
  • Experience in managing application / system changes in accordance with cGxP policies

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:

The annual base salary range for the Senior Manager, Americas IT ERP and Financial Applications is from :$135,100-$177,300 Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
