Overview

We are seeking a Portfolio Implementation Analyst to join our investment organization during an exciting period of growth. This role will support the ongoing growth of our active ETF platform, as well as other traditional investment vehicles.

The position sits at the intersection of portfolio management, ETF capital markets, trading, operations, and technology, offering meaningful exposure to investment decisionmaking across equity and fixed income strategies. It is wellsuited for a midlevel professional who brings strong execution skills and is interested in expanding their scope and impact over time within a growing investment platform.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

    Support the launch and ongoing management of ETFs, partnering closely with portfolio management, capital markets, trading, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
  • Implement daily portfolio activity across equity and fixed income ETFs, mutual funds, and related investment vehicles, including:
    • Managing cash flows, inflows/outflows, and equitized cash
    • Raising and investing cash
    • Rebalancing portfolios to models, benchmarks, and exposure targets
    • Monitoring and executing corporate actions
  • Support inkind create and redeem activity, including:
    • Responding to negotiated and custom inkind orders
    • Constructing create/redeem baskets using internal tools and market data
    • Coordinating with ETF capital markets teams, market makers, and authorized participants
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on taxaware implementation, including gain/loss management and custom basket activity.
  • Validate trade lists, run pretrade compliance checks, and coordinate execution with trading partners.
  • Participate in complex transactions, special projects, and new product initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate strategy, account, and process documentation.
  • Contribute to efforts to improve workflows, enhance scalability, and reduce operational risk as the platform evolves.
  • The responsibilities cover all traditional asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income and Options)


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 5-7 years of experience in asset management, investments, trading, or portfolio implementation
  • Handson experience supporting equity or fixed income portfolios (experience with both is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of portfolio implementation concepts, market structure, and trading workflows
  • Understanding of ETFs and/or mutual funds, including operational and structural considerations
  • Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • Operate computer programs and software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
  • Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ETFs, including inkind create and redeem activity
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg (AIM, ETFO), FactSet, CRD, or similar systems
  • Experience working with multiple account structures (ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, UCITS, long/short portfolios)
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, or technology initiatives
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
