Experience Level Expert Level **Hybrid Schedule: 2 days/week twice a month on Wednesday and Thursday (4x/month) in Edgewater Park, NJ Description* IAM Architect role focused on expanding the SailPoint IIQ environment as part of a long-term, multiyear IAM transformation program. Compensation: $150k annually - with flex up to ~175k for the right candidate Interview Process: 3 rounds (no HR screening required) oIAM organization: Newly hired Manager of IAM ~8 additional IAM professionals at varying levels - this resource will be primary escalation point/lead for architecture IAM Architect role focused on expanding the SailPoint IIQ environment as part of a long-term, multiyear IAM transformation program. Position Overview: As a Sr. Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions for specific projects relating to Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop detailed architectural designs, and ensure the integration of systems and technologies. Additionally, you will mentor junior architects, assist in their professional growth, and participate in the continuous improvement of architectural practices. Day-to-day Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions for specific projects (20%) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements (20%) - Develop detailed architectural designs (20%) - Mentor junior architects and assist in their professional growth (20%) - Participate in the continuous improvement of architectural practices (20%) Candidate's should bring: - 7+ years of experience in Architecture. - Experience in Sailpoint and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure) strongly preferred - Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques and tools. - Proficiency in system integration and technology alignment. - Excellent analytical and debugging skills. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
