IMEG is hiring a Civil Project Designer in San Antonio, TX, to lead design efforts on low to moderate complexity civil projects and support senior staff in delivering larger, high-complexity work. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and consultants to provide engineering solutions and advice to clients, with responsibility for analysis, design, and implementation oversight of civil engineering projects. You'll also help manage project budgets while training, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Principal Responsibilities * Direct and train Civil Design Technicians in completing reports, exhibits, plans, specifications, and permit applications required by the project's contractual scope Required Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent required This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
