About the Role
Working on the Chicago Experiential Marketing team and as part of the global Content & Platforms group, this role reports to the Senior Director of Experiential Marketing. The role is evenly split between event coordination and event data analysis. This individual will help plan and support live events while also pulling, organizing, and analyzing event performance data to help the team understand results and improve future experiences. Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid policy- 4 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Execution Support - 50%
- Support the planning and delivery of live and virtual events.
- Coordinate logistics such as vendor communication, schedules, materials, and shipping.
- Assist with onsite or virtual setup, attendee flow, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain timelines, task lists, and project trackers to keep the team aligned.
- Help manage budgets, track expenses, and support invoice processing.
- Prepare event briefs, runofshow documents, and recap materials.
Event Data, Reporting & Insights - 50%
- Pull event data from multiple tools and sources.
- Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy.
- Track KPIs and build simple reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Identify insights, trends, and opportunities to improve future events.
- Maintain a central repository of event metrics and keep it current.
- Partner with the team to strengthen measurement frameworks and refine metrics.
General Team & Operational Support
- Keep shared documentation and files organized and up to date.
- Prepare presentation materials, meeting notes, and status recaps.
- Support communication between internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and make workflows more efficient.
Qualifications
- Detailoriented with strong ability to track and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work collaboratively with crossfunctional partners and drive followthrough.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable analyzing data, identifying insights, and using an agile approach to decisionmaking.
- Organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have
- Background in hospitality or marketing.
- Experience with events, customer experience, or basic data tools.

Total Cash Compensation Range $59,900.00 - 101,825.00 USD Annual
