U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service company, is seeking a Building Site Manager for our Trenton, NJ location. The Building Site Manager is responsible for the daily physical maintenance which includes but is not limited to monitoring, maintaining, adjusting and repairing all building HVAC and/or plumbing systems and equipment to allow for the safe and smooth operation of the facility.



Responsibilities:



  • The Building Site Manager will possess a developed and demonstrated expertise in either or all HVAC, electrical or plumbing. HVAC work may include but is not limited to installation, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of boilers, chillers, pumps, air handlers, filters, valves, VAVs, unit ventilators, ductwork, compressors and the digital control system.
  • Plumbing work may include but is not limited to making installations, modifications, and repairs to new or existing plumbing, pipes, fittings, and drains.
  • The Building Site Manager will coordinate the maintenance technicians work assignments, generate daily/weekly and monthly work schedules utilizing the USF's CMMS.
  • A primary responsibility for the Maintenance Supervisor is the Safety and Compliance of USF technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to provide superior customer service and communications as this position will be the "point person" for all issues related to maintenance services.


Education/Experience:



  • The Building Site Manager should have at least five (2) years of recent (within the last 13 years) experience in directing maintenance operations in a similar facility of at least 50,000 square feet.
  • Must have experience with leading advanced maintenance projects, developing and writing scope of work, schedule and budget, using basic MS Office suite software, a computerized maintenance management system, and maintaining a database of project information.
  • Ability to work within a team with a strong customer service orientation and relationship building is required. Should have a working knowledge of safety procedures for working with HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing, moving parts and ladders as well as the ability to understand blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
  • Building Manager must possess a Black Seal Boiler License.


Compensation:



  • Salary range $115K - $131K
