Quality Inspector - Temporary

Location: Humboldt, TN

1st Shift

2nd Shift

Assignment Length: Under 1 Month

Schedule Availability: Must be available 7 days a week

We are hiring Quality Inspectors / Manufacturing Auditors for short-term temporary positions in Humboldt, TN. No previous experience is required. This is a great opportunity to gain manufacturing, quality control, and inspection experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Temporary employees are typically assigned to 1st shift on day one and may train on any shift starting day two for approximately 4-6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products throughout the plant
• Perform in-process audits and production line quality checks
• Read verbal instructions, written work instructions, and blueprints
• Enter reject data, production totals, and gauge calibrations into computer systems
• Tag scrap, hold materials, and deviations properly
• Verify paint procedures, rust prevention, labeling, and pallet accuracy
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other tools
• Maintain quality files, certifications, drawings, and documentation
• Operate forklift to move materials when needed

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
