As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Hazelwood, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal in a professional financial institution location where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and perform routine patrols while remaining visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, identification verification, and other security-related policies at a financial services location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, review credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas through attentive screening and documentation practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and established emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to observe conditions, report unusual activity, and support security-related operations.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
