Senior Schedule Engineer

• Develops and maintains CPM schedules in accordance with owner specifications and company standards.
• Applies resource leveling and crew logic to construction planning, adjusting as project conditions evolve.
• Prepares baseline and monthly schedule narratives to support and explains the CPM schedule.
• Assists with time impact and delay analyses for claims and schedule-related disputes.
• Tracks schedule progress and notify project management of any deviations affecting completion targets.
• Coordinates with engineering to gather data necessary for updating schedule activities.
• Conducts daily site visits to verify work status and maintain photographic documentation of progress.
• Reviews quantity books to assess percent complete and validates schedule accuracy.
• Modifies CPM logic based on verbal direction from project management regarding sequencing or crew changes.
• Creates and maintains 5-week look-ahead schedules in collaboration with superintendents and project managers.
• Ensures alignment between the 5-week plan and CPM schedule, and communicates impacts of any discrepancies.
• Generates and presents schedule reports, trending charts, and performance analyses for planning meetings.
• Provides projections for revenue, cost, labor, materials, and equipment, and assists with historical schedule documentation and lessons learned post-project.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
