8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday, with flexible scheduling possible. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required, as necessary.
Teleworking up to one (1) day a week is possible after the onboarding period and approval. |
| Primary Purpose of Position |
Collaborate with all
CHHS unit program directors to support program needs, including:
- Enrollment management support (including processing of pre-majors to majors, responding to information requests, graduate program info sessions, and building relationships with regional schools as pipelines to our programs)
- Strategic marketing initiatives (graduate program recruitment campaigns, expanding potential internship opportunities)
- Regional/State recruitment initiative support (planning & organization: registration, swag, banners, set-up, QR codes)
- Work with the CHHS UComm representative to perform college website updates

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

| Essential Job Duties |
This position provides journey level programmatic support to undergraduate and graduate programs in enrollment management support (including processing of pre-majors to majors, responding to information requests, graduate program info sessions and building relationships with regional schools as pipelines to our programs); strategic marketing initiatives (graduate program recruitment campaigns, expanding potential internship opportunities; regional / State recruitment initiative support (planning & organization: registration, swag, banners, set-up, QR codes) and maintainence of an up-to-date website, working with
CHHS UComm representative, to ensure that information regarding programs, units and the College provide accurate information for recruitment and retention of students, using WordPress
Possession of journey-level skills to independently coordinate programmatic activities and functions is necessary. The ability to perform day-to-day functions of a program, plan and organize activities, and communicate and interpret program policy and procedures to support recruitment and retention efforts. Provide high-level customer service to internal and external constituents, and maintain accurate and detailed accounts and records. Work with programs to plan and coordinate program activities, manage events, and problem-solve website, recruitment, and enrollment management processes and procedural issues. May supervise other student workers. |
