| Job Description |
Performs a variety of complex and non-routine assignments in support of the Yuma Test Center (YTC) Range Planning Division. Prepares the YTC Range Schedule using the Range Test Scheduling System (RTSS). Performs duties as the RTSS System Administrator. Tracks test schedules and works with Test Officers, Team Leaders, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs, and Range Control to de-conflict schedules and ensure adequate test support. Responsible for chairing one of the weekly Scheduling Meetings and preparing the final weekly schedule for each test week. Responsible for managing YTC updates to the Range Incident Report System, the YTC DATACOM database, and the YTC Customer Service Database. Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills in order to work with all who depend on the Range Schedule. Mentors and trains junior Range Scheduling Technicians. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission. This position is covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Pay Rate:$30.56
Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:
*Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
*Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Range Scheduling Technician III in TRAX.
Job Skills Requirements:
*Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Requirements:
*Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
*Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
*Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
*Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the SOPs for the embedded organization.
Job Requirements:
*Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, to support test missions.
*Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
*Must have dependable transportation and a dependable means of communication.
*Must be able speak, write, read, and understand English.
*Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude.
*Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.
*Must use "down-time" effectively to the benefit of test, self, and company.
*Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable.
*Must demonstrate motivation, initiative, and reliability.
*Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust to new or changing instructions.
*Must have a demonstrated ability to follow instructions and company policy.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:
*Experience working with the YTC DATACOM database.
*Experience working with the Range Incident Report System.

*Must possess of be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
*Must be a current TRAX employee or affiliate subcontractor for internal postings.
