The Assistant Director of Hospice is a rare leadership opportunity to shape the full hospice experience-blending exceptional clinical care with familycentered support. This role partners closely with the Director of Hospice, Nurse Managers, and the Team Lead of Family Services to unite nursing and Family Services into one cohesive, compassionate vision for patients, families, and staff. It's an ideal role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, heart, and healing-and wants to make a meaningful impact across the entire hospice journey. JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Director of Hospice is responsible for the leadership and management of daily operations across the Hospice Home and Hospice Partners programs. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining full compliance with clinical protocols, administrative policies, and applicable regulatory standards. The Assistant Director plays a critical role in operational oversight, staff coordination, and the advancement of strategic initiatives that support excellence in hospice care.
