As a Security Officer Visitor Screening in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location where you will help manage access control, monitor entry and exit activity, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access procedures, screening entry requests, and supporting security-related protocols at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Monitor entrances and restricted areas, verify identification and credentials, issue visitor badges when appropriate, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate clearly with site contacts, employees, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, deliveries, and access-related events, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points, the business, and the perimeter, observing for security-related concerns and changes in working conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
