ServiceNow Product Owner / Business Analyst

Role Overview:
Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
Translate business needs into user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure value delivery using Agile practices.

Responsibilities:
Own product strategy, backlog, and MVP scope.
Administer ServiceNow IRM and support implementations.
Write and refine user stories; coordinate dependencies.
Track KPIs and validate delivered functionality.

Qualifications:
3+ years as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.
Hands-on ServiceNow experience; strong stakeholder and backlog management.
Preferred: ServiceNow certifications, IRM/ITSM experience, ITIL knowledge.
