Overview What You Will Do As an Onboarding Specialist, you will own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for both new hires and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding logistics, managing communication with new hires and internal stakeholders, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time. This role regularly communicates with a diverse and bilingual workforce, requiring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish. A Typical Day at Prime Controls
