Kratos is seeking an experienced HRIS Team Lead to join the Corporate team at their San Diego location. This position is an onsite position with the potential for a hybrid work schedule.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function. Employees whose primary responsibility is entry of transactions, data manipulation or production of standard reports should be matched to Administrative Support - Human Resources or Data Operations Support. This position requires the ability to obtain security clearance, if needed.

Work is reviewed upon completion and is consistent with departmental objectives.
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the wider firm business.
Frequently advises others on complex matters.
May be accountable through team for delivery of tactical business targets.
Oversee and maintain strategic relationships with ADP vendor partners across all HR functions.
Ensure system-wide compliance within ADP and provide guidance, training, and updates to field teams on regulatory and procedural requirements.
Collaborate with Finance to generate reports and deliver accurate data extracts from the ADP system.
Partner closely with field HR teams to deliver timely workforce metrics, dashboards, and reporting insights.
Provide advanced HRIS support and leadership during peak operational periods and key HR cycles.
Facilitate and lead ADP user groups or focus sessions to drive system optimization and gather user feedback.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bacheloris degree; or equivalent experience.
Recent experience working with ADP is required.

Office Work Station/Home Office Hybrid Environment
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones)
